“Empty-Leg” Definition: An empty jet (without passengers) flying part of an existing itinerary, often on the way to pick-up passengers or returning to base after dropping-off passengers. All empty-legs are private flights. If you purchase an empty-leg, no one other than you and/or your invited guests will be on-board.

Important Notes: Your desired departure and arrival airports do not necessarily have to match the airports advertised in the list. We will reposition our jets to serve your individual travel needs.

Hypothetical Advertised Empty-Leg:

Teterboro, NJ, US (TEB) to Ft Lauderdale, FL, US (FXE)

Your best price would be to travel from TEB to FXE because that’s exactly what the jet is already scheduled to do. However, we can pick you up at any northeastern airport and take you to any S. Florida airport, but it will cost more to do so. How much more depends on which airports you choose. We must have your desired airports to give you a price!

“Transient Jet” Definition: The aircraft shown is sitting at the airport listed on the date(s) listed and is available for charter out of that airport during those date(s) and the aircraft has to be funded back to the transient airport. This is not an empty-leg. This is an aircraft sitting idle in the middle of an active, multi-day trip and does not generally lend itself to one-way travel.
